All	Maximum quality of one-handed axes and maces that can be effecively used
0	Can use one-handed axes and maces
30	One-handed axe and mace attacks become twice as fast
60	Can execute the "Skullsplitter!" combo: right slash - left slash - rightslash - overhead (or left slash - right slash - left slash - overhead) This combo have no special effects.
90	Can execute the "Knock-Knock!" combo: thrust - thrust - thrust - overhead. This combo ends with a Power Strike effect.
100	(NIY) Trickmove
