The Beehive is used to produce honey. You must have 30 in the Advanced Farming skill in order to extract honey from the hive. Like most harvesting skills, your level will determine the maximum quality you extract.
- Note: Bees from beehives collect honey from almost all types of grown up fields.

Placement
The quality of the honey in the beehive is supposedly determined by the soil quality of the 5x5 area around it. Honey is produced when a 5x5 area of farm is created and harvested.
- Select a 5x5 block of land to farm (a 5x5 with center not plowed, works too);
- The Beehive should be placed near the best soil types listed in the table below.
From now on the beehive will accumulate honey every day, and when the amount of honey in the beehive reaches more than 300g (equivalent weight of one honey unit), honey can be extracted with the Advanced Farming skill ability 'Extract Honey'.
It is possible to put multiple beehives next to each other on top of high quality ground, but it will reduce amount of honey for each beehive.
