The Building Kit is used in some large buildings, like the Castle keep & Big 3 story plaster house.
Acquisition
Building kits can be crafted on level 90 carpentry using a Knife. For Your Own, you need Building Maintain on skill 90 "Can craft building kits".
Regional Building Kit
Some high-end buildings require the building kit to be regional. This means that it has to be made using regional little boards, regional metal sheets, regional nails and regional Linen ropes.
