Acquisition

Place fuel and copper ore in a smelting building, such as a Furnace (Ensure that the fuel does not run out doing the smelting). Ignite the building and heat it up to at least 1000. After a little you will see a progress bar appear under each stack of copper ore. Once the bar has filled up completely, use a smelting tool to get a copper bar.
