The courier horse is one of the most basic horses you can train in the Training Field. It cannot be retrained.
The courier horse depletes stamina much slower than any other Horse or Warhorse. You need a Stallion or a Horse of 49 quality less to train a courier horse.
Releasing a horse allows you to ride it.No skill is required although Horseback riding influences the effective quality and therefore the speed of the ridden horse.
