Heavy iron Shield requires Swordsman 60 to be worn. It gives bonus to Infantry Weapons Mastery. Bonus is given as long as the shield is equipped. You do not have to hold it you can still get the bonus wearing it on your back. It is currently the only all metal blueprint shield.
