The Oak sprout can be used to plant Oak trees (rightclick on an empty Forest Soil - > Forestry -> Plant Oak Tree).
The quality of the planted tree is equal to your maximum Forestry skill level, but can't exceed the quality of the Oak sprout.
Planting Oak trees requires Forestry level 90 and can only be planted on Forest Soil.
