Pavise requires Ranger 30 to be worn.
The Pavise is mainly utilized by crossbowmen to provide themselves with suitable cover in a combat situation such as raiding a wall, or just in a normal field fight. It is unique from other shields in that it can be used as a deployable object being placed on the ground for the purpose of stationary cover.
Also it is the largest shield featured in Life is Feudal and therefore has the largest hitbox/protecting area of all shield types. The Pavise has a Defense value of 15 that is unaffected by the quality of the shield.
