A Small Repair Kit can be used to increase the Durability of Tools, and buildings/facilities (such as Kiln, Bloomery, Blacksmith's Shop, Furnace, Kitchen, Herbalist's Shop, etc).
It is the easiest Repair Kit to make, requiring (see table) only 10 Nails and a Softwood Billet.
The higher the quality of the Small Repair Kit (based upon the Quality of billet and nails, (and probably capped by the Building Maintain skill level of the player), the more the Durability of the item being repaired goes up.
Repair kits are 2x more effective on buildings and 4x more effective on crafting buildings.

How to Use[]
With a Small Repair Kit in inventory, right click the item to be repaired, and choose Building Maintain, and then Repair. The number of durability repaired is also based on users level of General action.
Tip[]
Experienced players say that the Small Repair Kit is the most cost effective Repair Kit, since it does not make use of leather, rope, boards, nor metal sheets or Bands. This suggestion takes into account that more Small Repair Kits must be applied to raise durability than you would with a Medium or Large repair kit.
