The well is used to extract fresh water from the ground, without the need of searching for lakes or other water reservoirs. It's available to players in the building menu with level 30 in masonry skill.

Wells have limited capacity. Once an in-game day, each well will fill with water - the speed of this process depends on the number of wells on the fief. You can extract up to 8 units of fresh water from one well if it has enough water (full capacity 500 liters).
The quality of the water will always start at 10.
The quality of the water in well depends on how much the well has been used. As the well is used the quality of water it produce will slowly increase.
